Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, contact us at lorenztate08@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This does not include final sale items. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at lorenztate08@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll help make it right.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
